EQUIPMENT CLASSES
Face to face group equipment classes are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays Thursdays and Saturdays. Classes are currently 75 minutes long and limited to 6 participants. Please get in contact if you are interested.

Equipment classes are booked by appointment and are:
Tuesdays mornings and afternoons
Thursdays afternoon

Rather than concessions, we will now offer a 2 tier “choose your price” system.
(you attend as an individual but there are others present, classes are for 75 minutes)
If you are new to the studio classes please note your first class should be a private session

These classes offer the individual the opportunity to work specifically, be it on body areas that require toning or injured areas that require strengthening. Or perhaps you just want more attention than the group classes offer.
